How to Jailbreak a PS3 with USB flash drive

1. Download the required ps3 jailbreak file.
2. Then unzip the file using WinRAR.
3. Plug USB flash drive into your PC.
4. Create a folder in it “PS3”.
5. Create another folder in the PS3 folder “UPDATE”.
6. Now put you unzip the file inside the UPDATE folder and name it “PS3UPDAT.PUP”
7. Now plug your USB flash drive in your PS3 console near to BD drive
8. Go to the setting.
9. Choose System Update.
10. It will say it found Version 4.XX-J. Choose X for OK.
11. Accept Conditions and Install Update.
12. After a few minutes, your PS3 will update, beep 4 times then shut down.
13. Power up your PS3 (You will have to do it on the console and not by the controller).
14. Now your PS3 successfully jailbroken.

PlayStation 3 super slim 4.xxxx series is can’t jailbreak with jailbreak file for now. Because PlayStation 3 4.xxxx series is the latest series. If you are using 4.xxxx series PlayStation 3 model then you have to wait for an update PlayStation Jailbreak file. You can find your PlayStation 3 model on the bottom of the console. There is no other solution. Some people say use E3 flasher to jailbreak super slim. I do not recommend the E3 flasher.
